RE/MAX New Horizon – Sergio Bazan in Mesquite, TX

Most definitely recommend Sergio 100%. He walked with me through the process of evicting bad tenants, to prepping the home for sale, and finally getting it sold few days after putting it for sale. He made the process so easy and communicated through the entire negotiating process. What’s even better is we got more than asking price. He was great! I definitely will be using Sergio in the future.

Brenda and Sergio Bazan are simply amazing and extremely knowledgeable Realtors. They have helped me purchase my first home in 2016, and three years later (2019) helped me sell my first home AND purchased my dream home! Selling and purchasing homes can get very stressful, but not when you have the right people helping you make the right decisions, and answering my one million text messages throughout the day and night. It got to the point I told Brenda, "just tell me where to sign" - this is how much I trust my realtor! Not to mentioned we closed on both homes the SAME day! Very convenient for my family and I as it avoided storage fees, temporary home placement, etc.! Very satisfied client! Highly recommend them!!!!

Working with Sergio was so easy. He is a great guy. He walked me through the entire process, and each step was easily completed due to Sergio's knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Sergio to anyone buying a house or selling a house. My house sold in 1 day. I am so grateful to Sergio for all of his help. I am totally pleased with Sergio selling my house.

Sergio met all my real estate needs in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. He has a very patient attitude ensuring that I would be 100% happy with the selling of my home. I have referred multiple people to Sergio because I know they will be satisfied with the excellent service he provides.

If it wasn’t for Sergio I don know how I would of purchased my house. He worked me so well and he made the process stress less and enjoyable. He is beyond professional and his knowledge well exceeds anything I could of ever ask for in a realtor. I cannot thank him enough and I feel truly blessed to have someone like him assist me in making one of the biggest purchases of my life. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank u Sergio so much for everything you did for me and my family.
